To develop a sustainably-designed industrial park with flexible accommodations that will promote entrepreneurial companies transitioning from research to pilot production facilities. Wheatland ECO-Park will seek recruitment of functionally symbiotic enterprises to exploit potential by-product exchanges and industrial networking. At full capacity, Wheatland ECO-Park will become a livable, walkable community that will include commercial and residential facilities.

Where are we going with all this?

Sustainability. Constructing more energy-efficient structures through the use of principles of building science. This equates to lower utility bills and less water usage for residents.
